IN STORE POLICY:

No returns. No exchanges. No refunds. All items are final sale.  

ONLINE ORDERS ONLY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

SHIPPING TURNAROUND

All online orders will be shipped out in 2-5 business days (MONDAY-FRIDAY) from date of online order. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. If you need same day shipping please message our Facebook with order# and email for a $5.00 rush fee. Typically we ship out same business day or next business day. We ship USPS 2-5 day first class for $5 or USPS 1-3 day priority mail express for $8. 

ONLINE RETURNS

You have 5 business days to return an item for an exchange or store credit only from the date you received and or bought it.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it .Your item must be in the original packaging and all tags must be attached.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once items are received they will be inspected before issuing store credit in a form of a digital gift card. 

ONLINE EXCHANGES

Any items shipped back for an exchange will take 3-7 business days to be shipped back to customer.

CANCELLED ORDERS 

Any online order that need needs to cancelled will/can be refunded as long as we are notified within 24 Hours of order and it has not been shipped. However we will refund purchase amount minus a 6% Fee for our fee charges through our website. 

 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and for returning exchanged goods back to you. Shipping costs are non­refundable. Customer is responsible for return cost shipping and for the cost of item(s) that need to be shipped back to customer. Once items are ready to be shipped back customer will receive an invoice for exact return shipping cost. Items will not be shipped back until invoice is paid. 

 

Non-Returnable Items:

All customized products including; t-shirts, koozies, caps, decals, distressed jeans etc.. Are final sale. All jewelry, headbands, and bows are final sale. Anything purchased with a coupon is final sale. If you use a coupon on a purchase, you may not return for exchange. No exceptions. Any item purchased with that discount is final sale. All clearance, marked downs, discounted items are final sale.

Order Errors/Damaged Items:
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if you received an incorrect or defective item(s). All original tags must still be attached. If the tags are not attached, then it is not returnable and will be rejected. You have 2 days from the day the order was received to report it as being damaged. We will not accept any error/damaged item(s) after this 2-day period for return. No exceptions. If you notice an item is defective and it’s been more than 2 days since delivery, we cannot replace the item. If the item is damaged during wear, we cannot replace the item. If you do not notice a damage until you remove the tags and/or wear it, we cannot replace the item.

No Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your store credit after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to a Double Trouble Digital Gift Card. 
You will receive the gift card within 5-10 business days.
